Days 1-5: 

I'm creating an underwater, top water and landscape scene all wrapped up into one mural. 

The color will coordinate with the floor tiles and surrounding walls earth tones.

 The boys picked out most of the fish that I used in this mural.  It was so much fun watching their faces light up each day after school when they would dash out to the patio and check out my progress.  Shark and Barracuda are their nick names.  

Days 6-10:  

This project is complete now.  You'll notice that the Sting Ray was replaced with a Turtle,  which gives the wall a friendlier look.  This Mural was a challenging project due to the heavy stucco texture  and desire to have an underwater scene without  having a  predominately blue  wall.  Our goal  was to create a Mural that visually coordinated with the overall taupe colors in  the room.  I believe success was achieved, and hope you agree.

Dear Phil and Stacie, 

Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality and for putting up with me during both stays.  

I have enjoyed painting for  you and greatly value our new friendship.  Getting to know you and 

your family was an honor and a pleasure.   I am especially  grateful for your support and 

understanding when my daughter became ill, thank you for taking care of my supplies while 

I was in Phoenix...

Until we meet again, I wish you and your family the best... Always.
